We’re about to experience an outbreak of startups looking for funding at the same time (#flattenthecurve). In an ideal world, the price of rounds will decrease to match supply and demand, and we keep helpful terms that align founders and investors. I haven’t seen a ratchet in quite a while… let’s hope it stays that way!
