True but this applies specifically to software products that can’t rely on people’s existing mental models of how they work. So, it would work really well for the guy who invented the car… you put fuel in and it moves forward WITHOUT A HORSE. And bare in mind you can’t see an app in conversation so it’s entirely mental.
